Customized Hydraulic Power Packs
IBL undertakes design, development and supply of customized Hydraulic Power Packs, with best quality pumps and standard make accessories for use in Automobile, Cement, Machine tool, Materials Handling, Paper, Plastic, Steel mill, Shipping and an ever expanding range of applications. IBL has manufactured Hydraulic Power packs up to 180 LPM flow and 450 bar pressure
IBL designs and manufactures standard (compact) Power Packs for CNC machine applications as per the customer specific requirements.

Hydraulic Lube oil Systems
IBL has expertise in manufacturing of custom-engineered low pressure and high sensitive safety lube oil systems, capacity ranging from 10 LPM to 225 LPM. Standby AC/DC pump motor (optional) is provided for additional safety. We supply Lube Oil Systems with Electrical/PLC based controls.
Hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured for dependability and performance in a wide range of hydraulic applications.
Pipes: Cold drawn seamless tubes of material ST-52 honed to surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns and less
Piston rods: EN-8 materials are ground hard chrome plated. Special rod of induction hardened, end styles and sizes are available.
Ports: BSP, NPTF or SAE O-ring ports can be provided at any position related to cylinder mounting.
Seals: All cylinders incorporate seals suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids from -20 degrees C. to +60 degrees C. Seals material options to offer are PU, Viton, PTFE, and Nitrile.
Pressure Rating: CHP cylinders are rated for max. 300 bar (4200 PSI) continuous operation.

Hydraulic presses are manufactured to meet customer requirements up to a maximum of 500 tonne capacity in H-frame & 100 tonne in C-frame. Tilting gravity die casting press up to 150 tonne & platen size 1500mmx1500mm. The presses are also manufactured with complete Electrical & Instrumentation.
Interlabs specializes in the design and manufacture of Scissor Lifts with Single/Double, Vertical, Horizontal Scissors and custom made for Process Plant Lifts, Vehicle Loading Lifts, Disabled access Lifts, Manual & Mechanical Handling Lifts.
Technical Features
Capacity: For uniform distributed loads from 500 Kg to 12000 Kg (0.5 T to 12 T).
Lift platform: Size as per customer specifications with or without Roller table and Hand rails
Lift travel/stroke: Up to 2000 mm
Cylinders: Single/Double acting cylinders with built-in hose burst safety valve at rear-end port of each cylinder. The internal bore is honed & piston rod is ground, hard chrome plated with good quality seals.
Power pack: Electro Hydraulic Power Pack is specially designed to meet the required speed of lift and load. Hand operated pump can be supplied for smaller capacity & trolley mounted Scissor Lifts.
Controls: Complete electrical control panel with multiple options.Safety: Hose burst valve is an integral part of the lift cylinders, followed by electrical limit switches and mechanical stopper.
