IBL undertakes design, development and supply of customized Hydraulic Power Packs, with best quality pumps and standard make accessories for use in Automobile, Cement, Machine tool, Materials Handling, Paper, Plastic, Steel mill, Shipping and an ever expanding range of applications. IBL has manufactured Hydraulic Power packs up to 180 LPM flow and 450 bar pressure

Hydraulic Lube oil Systems

IBL has expertise in manufacturing of custom-engineered low pressure and high sensitive safety lube oil systems, capacity ranging from 10 LPM to 225 LPM. Standby AC/DC pump motor (optional) is provided for additional safety. We supply Lube Oil Systems with Electrical/PLC based controls.

Hydraulic cylinders are designed and manufactured for dependability and performance in a wide range of hydraulic applications.

• Standard (Telescopic/Non-telescopic) cylinders with single and double acting tie rod, welded construction in bore diameters of 40mm to 500mm.
  
• Stroke lengths up to 3000mm operating pressure up to 300 bar, different types of standard mountings.
  

Pipes: Cold drawn seamless tubes of material ST-52 honed to surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns and less

Piston rods: EN-8 materials are ground hard chrome plated. Special rod of induction hardened, end styles and sizes are available.

Ports: BSP, NPTF or SAE O-ring ports can be provided at any position related to cylinder mounting.

Seals: All cylinders incorporate seals suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids from -20 degrees C. to +60 degrees C. Seals material options to offer are PU, Viton, PTFE, and Nitrile.

Pressure Rating: CHP cylinders are rated for max. 300 bar (4200 PSI) continuous operation.
