An automatic Ice machine for your hygienic Ice flakes requirement in research laboratories, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, medical, biotechnological and hotel industries. The machine utilizes running tap water and converts it in the form of ice flakes continuously. It is a compact, self contained unit, covering less floor area & easily installable.

Constructions:- Ice flaker is housed in styled M.S painted body with stainless steel made bin with no chances of corrosion. Ice crusher used is GERMAN CRUSHER made of S.S. to give life long performance.

Water is introduced into crusher assembly through a precision float valve. The inflow of water is smoothly controlled by this float valve for maintaining a required level of water irrespective of variation in pressure at the water input line with automatic cut off in case of Low water / No water supply.

Ice flakes are collected into a well-insulated/(PUF) stainless steel container. So it stays for longer time. The removal of flakes is easily possible through the stainless steel Top door which can be pushed while removing the ice. Moreover the equipment fitted with an ICE LEVEL CONTROLLER which will put off the system in case ice gets accumulated in the container more than the required level. Hence, there is no need of an operator being on the machine all the time. The ice controller is provided with a drain line for occasional cleaning of the container.

Most suitable for labs, pharmaceuticals, chemicals glass plants etc. useful for heating inflammable liquids electric heating net is hard knitted from glass yarn (without any joint) and for durability & stands. Temperature up to 350ºC body of mantle is spun one piece from non rusting aluminium (duly stove/powder coated)

Mantles are logged with special grade mineral wool. Most suitable to work on 220/30 volts A.C. supply.

CONSTRUCTION : - Double walled outer M.S. sheet duly powder coated. Inner Aluminium/Stainless Steel with 2/3 Nos. adjustable shelves duly perforated. Having heavy duty M.S. Stand. the door is an impressive structure having glass window & sealed by Rubber Gasket. Gap between the walls is filled with glass wool insulation.

PANEL : - Consists of Temp. Controller i.e. by thermostat of Digitally controlled by Thermostat/Digital Humidity Controlled by imported humidistate placed inside the chamber. Supplied with Hygrometer to check exact Humidity inside the chamber.

The Temperature is recorded on the "L" shaped thermometer fitted at the front of the cabinet. The water tank is provided at the bottom and the steam is circulated by water pump/motor fitted at the of the chamber.
