ASTABLE & MONOSTABLE MULTIVIBRATOR. MODEL IBL-AM&MM-1
Astable and Monostable vibrators are intended to study the principles of mulitvibrators. An Astable multivibrator is often called as free running multivibrator. This generates a rectangular waveform. The repetition rate depends on the value of the RC components used in this circuit. A Monostable multivibrator is often called as one shot multivibrator. This requires an external trigger as input to this circuit, to produce an output pulse. The duration of the output pulse depends on the value of the RC components used in this circuit. Using this trainer, the above circuits can be experimented using an OP-AMP circuit and transistor circuits. This trainer has built-in power supplies, necessary components of appropriate values, etc.
