| This interface module has 4096 bytes of storage space. This is interfaced with PIC control trainer. This is made up of a 4K x 8 (32K bit) Serial Electrically Erasable PROM. It has been developed for advanced, low power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. The 24C32A also have a page-write capability of up to 32 bytes of data. The 24C32A is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 32K boundary. Advanced CMOS technology and broad voltage range make this device ideal for low-power/low-voltage, non-volatile code and data applications. An external power supply 5V DC @250mA is required or +5V DC power supply Model SP5 is recommended. |
